The 2024 email deliverability compliance changes, effective February 1, 2024, usher in a new era for email marketers. Google, in particular, will enforce the following changes:

4. Reducing unsubscribed emails and spam complaints (Rates below 0.10%, avoiding a threshold of 0.3% or higher)

This means that if you are using a free email address, you are no longer compliant with email deliverability and this could hurt your business. Not only will emails go to Spam, but if you are sending multiple broadcasts or have a large list you could get 'black-listed' with your email campaign provider.
