Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with Coaching with Catelyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase any services.

Coaching with Catelyn is a trade name operated by Grand National Consulting LLC, an independent business entity based in Texas, USA. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Grand National Consulting LLC DBA Coaching with Catelyn ("the Service Provider").

Services

Coaching with Catelyn offers digital and virtual services including, but not limited to: website design and setup, domain and professional email connection, email marketing, e-book creation and modification, one-on-one coaching calls, virtual assistant services, and promotional website packages.

The Service Provider reserves the right to decline any project at her sole discretion. All services are delivered remotely.

Payment

Payment is due in full before any work begins, unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the project. Accepted payment methods include Square, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

For ongoing services such as virtual assistant work, payment terms will be established during the onboarding process and invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise arranged in writing.

The Service Provider does not negotiate pricing. Once a price has been agreed upon — whether verbally, via message, or in writing — the Client is committed to that rate. Any additional work requested beyond the original agreed-upon scope will be quoted separately and must receive written approval before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to cooperate fully to ensure timely completion of all work. This includes:

• Providing all required content, images, login credentials, and information in a timely manner
• Responding to questions and requests for feedback within a reasonable timeframe
• Reviewing completed work promptly upon delivery so that revisions or approvals can be addressed without delay
• Ensuring that all content provided is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights

Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide requested information or timely feedback are not the responsibility of the Service Provider and do not entitle the Client to a refund or adjusted timeline.

Revisions

Revision windows and the number of included revisions vary by service and will be communicated at the time of purchase or during onboarding. Revisions requested outside of the agreed window, or changes that fall outside the original project scope, may be subject to an additional fee and will require written approval before work begins.

Revisions do not include redesigns, new features, or changes in project direction. These are treated as new work and quoted accordingly. The existence of a bug or issue with delivered work does not entitle the Client to a refund — the Service Provider will simply correct the issue.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. The Service Provider retains the right to display completed work in her portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

Any proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, or processes used by the Service Provider remain her intellectual property. The Client does not acquire rights to these underlying materials beyond the final deliverable itself.

The Client warrants that any content, images, logos, or materials they provide are either owned by them or that they hold the legal right to use them. The Service Provider is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from materials provided by the Client.

Confidentiality

The Service Provider agrees to keep all Client login credentials, business information, and proprietary content shared during a project strictly confidential. This information will not be shared with any third party without the Client's explicit written consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or ongoing service arrangement with reasonable written notice. Termination does not entitle the Client to a refund. Any refund decisions in the event of termination are made at the sole discretion of the Service Provider on a case-by-case basis.

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate any project or service arrangement immediately and without notice if the Client engages in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services provided, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption. The Service Provider's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

Coaching with Catelyn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of this website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
